The God Like Genius Of...
The term genius gets thrown around more than it should these days. Artists with no real talent, soul or heart. Not many artists create the music and the feel. I came across Scott Walker after seeing glimpses of the "30 Century Man" documentary, the following day I went about getting his discography.
I have never ever looked back, I have found my musical calling, my musical genius. From the orchestral choruses to the foreboding drones.
Please do enjoy.

Italian Progressive Rock
I have been reading a fair bit on forums about people enquiring about Italian prog. So here we go, my favorite albums by some known and some unknown bands.
The one thing with Italian prog is your always going to get massive orchestral choruses, funky bass and sweeping guitar licks.
Enjoy

Nothing Gold Can Stay
Over the past few years all the best horror films have been getting glitzy hollywood remakes, if its not Michael Bay lacing everying with explosions, its some other douche wanting to put "his touch" on it. So much to my disgust probably the best horror film ever made is being remade, with Natalie Portman in the lead. Suspiria has everything, the atmospherics, music, gore.
The seventies was the best decade for horror hands down, directors such as Argento, Fulci, Bava were churning out legendary films that are still known as classics today. I am hoping one of my favorite films ever doesn't get totally ruined, it doesn't need to be a carbon copy with a new actress, try something new with the story.
Anyway have this.....

So Here We Go
So being sick of myspace, facebook and other shitty networking sites I thought I would share you all to a blog. Nothing personal will be posted, just various music, updates on things good and bad and the odd rant on films, sport etc etc
Your feedback would be most appreciated.
Hope you enjoy what I have to say
James
